The opening of a public library in Barelias

 On 12 \ 3 \ 2006 ,sponsored  by and attended the ceremony ,His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Dr. Tariq Metri, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture opened Barelias municipal public library in the town located inside the House Municipal .

The ceremony was attended by a large number of town residents who Abrouan excitement of this initiative undertaken by the municipality.
